Refund policy

Cancellation policy - Orders are processed daily at midnight PST - any cancellation request before midnight of the day the order was placed can be canceled by order support. Once midnight passes the order cannot be canceled.
Return Policy - No returns are accepted.
Damaged - If any bag is received damaged - please email us at help@uberonlinestore.com with an order number and description.
